Custom cue observation

I've been playing for 50 years with a lot of differant cues. And if you read my first post I said I can not see any big differance.
It is my personal observation only.

my response was directed towards pdcues or whoever he is. im not good at this yet as far as cut, paste whatever but i just meant if someone, even earl said maybe youre not qualified to make your own decisions as to what you like and more specifically youre not able to distinguish between hit value of said cues i would say f u

I got what you said that it's my opinion on how I think a cue hits. Which is exactly what I was talking about. I'm qualified to tell how I feel the hit is,no one else.

Has it occured to you that perhaps you are not adequately sensitive to
be able to accurately distinguish between the quality of "hit" of cues?

Measureman is one of the more consistent players i've played against.
He knows exactly what he likes, and he has played with several of my custom cues as well as others.
I can assure you that my cues are terrific playing cues, but measureman's point is that he plays just as good with his $200 import Lucasi as he does with a $3000 James White.
I played him for 5-hours last week and he missed about 5-shots total on a rather tight GC, so he is obviously a very good player, and he knows quite well what he likes.

For some reason you have chosen to pick on him, and on his Gus-Balabushka thread you even called him a "spoiled brat" which was out of line.
He is one of the least "spoiled brat" people I know.
Ex-marine, Viet Nam Veteran, he still works hard everyday at 64-years old, and he's a good man.
You even commented that he was breaking the law by posting pics from the Billiards Encyclopedia, and in my opinion that was ridiculous.
I've never seen those pics and I appreciated the fact that he posted them.
I own 3-Herman Rambow cues and it was nice to see the pic of him standing in front of that huge tusk.
If anything he did a great promotion for Victor & Paul, and it reminded me that I have to pick up a copy.

Sorry for the rant but measureman is adequately sensitive to the hit from one cue to another, and although I like to tease him about his Lucasi, he knows exactly what he's doing.

I am humbled. Thanks.
