This cue was built and signed by Jack Shedden in Thunder Bay, Canada. He is a smaller Canadian builder that focuses on Snooker cues, SP's, and plain Janes. It is a really nice Butterfly Sneaky Pete.
Butterfly splice (maple forearm), Stainless steel joint, with a pin type I am not sure of. (5/6 -18?), new Triangle tip, Canadian rock maple shaft reconditioned to 90% and 20oz.
It has a nice, stiff hit and balanced about 9 inches from the joint. Couple small nicks, but there is one chunk missing out of the finish as you can see in the pic below. About 90% overall not including the chunk in the finish.
About the size of the tip of your finger. This happened when the cue had not finished curing and bumped during a demo.
Overall, great cue for the price! Here are some pics!
