High english can make you undercut the shot.Low helps try to keep the ball rolling more naturally.Speed is the key.
Helping english or outside also helps the ball roll more naturally again speed is the key.
Low outside on rail shots to cinch the ball. The draw makes the object ball climb into the pocket. If the ball is on or close to the rail, middle inside spin will also help the ball into the pocket when it hits the facing.
I concur, I find that getting the OB to spin to hug the rail and or hit the short rail rubber and spin into the pocket is effective in pocketing the OB. Extreme outside english and extreme top and perhaps draw will accomplsh this.
