Yep. Any cue I have that has had "work" done to it will be disclosed first thing.

I have no idea about what his customers do or say after that. Personally, I'd want to know if the cue (any cue) has had work done to it if i'm a prospective buyer. If the person who did the work is not known to me or some one I don't feel is right for the job than I probably wouldn't drop SW money on the cue.
