Sorry. I should fix that. I'm not very adept at typing out converstions. I did not realize that caps is like shouting. I thought it was more like for emphasis
I guess bold caps is more like sreaming. I'll fix that if the system allows me.
Just kidding with you, obviously (see smiley). But yes, all-caps indicates one of two things: 1.) shouting, or 2.) a stuck caps-lock key on the keyboard, and the user is too cheap to get it repaired / replaced.
Any of the mods should be able to take care of this for you.
