Cyclone Pool Ball Cleaner

I was intrigued by this thread so I built my own for $13. It works a lot better than my old 5 gallon bucket cleaner as you can apply more pressure to the balls. The only downside is it can clean only 3-4 balls at once. I used a 6in pipe coupling ($6), a buffing adapter for a cordless drill ($6), a piece of cardboard, some carpet scrap, and a 10in buffing pad ($1). I cut the cardboard to fit in the internal diameter of the coupling and wrapped the buffing pad around it, then pulled it tight through the bottom of the coupling. The carpet is too thick so I'll replace it with something thinner in the future.

That’s awesome, thanks for the feedback. I dont mind spending $60, seems minuscule based on what people spend for cues. Was hoping for feedback to be sure I wasn’t wasting $60. I appreciate the effort.

I don't use wax because I'm worried about the wax getting on the cloth and creating a mess. I use liquid soap and water which isn't perfect but it does rinse off and leave no residue on the cloth.
I use liquid turtle wax car wax. Takes all the dirty off and shines after buffing.
