Dale Teague Cue FS**Sold-pending funds tranfer.

This cue is about 3 years old. Rarely played with. There are no dings or nicks. It is straight as an arrow and hits solid.
He said it would have been sold for about 450 - 500 new.

It has a wood to wood joint, brand new morri tip.
And joint protectors
I live in Tempe Az, but will travel to meet local or i will ship too.

I am looking for 300 obo

i am assuming on the last pic. I just took a look at the cue and it is 2 small dark grains of wood. in the pic it does look like a flaw but i assure it is not. thanks

boy that is one hell of an optical illusion. It totally looks like another joint is present about 1/2 inch below the yellow ring at the joint. It's a nice looking cue otherwise...perhaps you might photograph the joint from a different angle.

i've never heard of dale teague where does he make cues at? what kind of wood is that cue made of i like the way it looks

Oh am sorry. the line on the joint is just a little cut line around the joint that is laminated over just for looks. It does not seperate, it is the same piece of wood.

Dale teague makes cues out of phoenix az. he has his shop in a place called Kitty's on Thomas and 36th st iirc.

If you'll notice the shaft doesn't have a ring at the bottom, so that groove is there to serve as some sort of optical illusion, suggesting that the cue comes apart there. But if you look closely you'll see the grain running thru that "joint". I can't say I've seen that before on a cue, but I haven't been looking that long. I like the way that cue looks!

It wieghs 18.1 oz
dont know about the pin but it is big.
Double-Dave is totally right about the joint thing. makes sense. thanks dave

This is a 60 inch cue, right? Can you measure the length of the shaft and the butt? I have a dale teague that I purchased 7 years ago, and I have just gotten in contact with Dale to refinish the cue for me. Aparently he makes his cues 60 inches as a standard. His cues hit GREAT with a lot of action on whitey This is a very nice looking cue; I might want to buy it if it's not sold already.

Aball. Yes, the cue is 29.5 inches on the butt and shaft, not measuring tip or bumber on the butt.
The few balls that i hit with this cue i did notice all the action u get with such little effort u put in on the cue ball.
and it is not sold.
let me know if you would like to check it out. I will be at Nothern lounge tonight if you wanted to stop by.

"Cue Tip Dale" has made cues for many years and has worked for and with some of the best in the biz. Nice looking cue....especially for the price.
