damaged wrap help!

I bumped my Schon against the corner of my table today. I put a small knick in the wrap. It kind of pulled a little piece of the wrap up. I can feel it when I play. It doesn't look torn just like a small pull. I don't want to snip it with scissors..I'm pretty sure thats a quick way to have it start unraveling. Is there anything I can do to fix it or is it time to get that leather wrap I've been wanting at valley forge.

Trob, Why not have a competent repair guy look at it? Maybe he can repair/ repress it and possibly do a clean up on it.
