I am looking for a cue that Dennis Hatch played with on the Camel Tour 1998-1999. It is made with turquoise, ivory and desert ironwood.

Anyone know who has it? I am willing to pay TOP DOLLAR for it!!!

Me too

That cue was made from a rare piece of birds eye desert ironwood, ivory, and tourquise, I would have loved to buy it back for what he sold it for. Our deal was he would use the cue as long as he played with it. If he didn't play with it he was suppose to return it. Instead of calling me he sells it behind my back for 2,500. Real class act.
A fellow from California introduced himself at an event in LA. He relayed he bought the cue for 2,500 and wanted a new shaft. He never contacted me again.

No offense to Dennis by saying this, But this is the reason a lot of cue makers quit giving good players cues to play with.

They always sell them..

After this experience I doubt that you'll be willing to supply any more pool players with a nice cue. It's a shame that he sold the cue and pocketed the money after you were kind enough to let him have the cue to play with.

if a top cue maker makes a cue for a player to use he should return it if that was the agreement!!! by not doing so its shows charactor of that person at the glass city open a few years ago i was siting was tom Gerhard
and having a drink he had put Dennis in the event and got a room for him the agreement was Dennis was suppose to pay when he arrived he was running late i personally heard Dennis insult tom after he had done him al those favors tom being a very nice person didn't say much Dennis should have been not only eject from the tournament but the hotel as well it is people like him that put this sport in a bad light . this is not a rumor i personally was there when this happened and heard everything first hand.

Dan sorry you had such a bad deal there Dan makes a great cue please support him
