Dan James Custom Cues

thanks for the link but thats not a j18, at least not the j18 im looking for. i one i am looking for would have been made in the 80's. originaly when i asked you where you saw it, i assumed you seen pictures of one on another forum and was hoping i could see a color picture. i didnt ignore your link, i thought you were refering to another site and also posting an n7. we were on different pages. :)

I play with a Dan Janes custom joss. Not only does it look great, but plays great.. Everyone that has seen it and tried it loves it..It's not as fancy as the ones shown thrue here, It's a very easy going classy looking cue.

SPINDOKTOR, Don't feel bad, I have an old copy of a book by Steve Mizerak and he uses the name James instead of Janes as well. I've owned 2 Joss cues and think they are very good. Have fun with yours. good luck.

post link please....for a J18 NOT N7. sorry to ruffle you, but i have tried many many times in the past with zero results.

I ve seen some N-7's advertised with the White /black spec irish linen and differnt color vaneers that proboly match the J-18 your looking for. Most places often said wrap and vaneer colors may change without notice..

Just curious, I didn't think the cue in the movie had the notched diamond inlay in the points. Anyone know?

IIRC, it did not. Points were plain, I think.

J18

Second cue from the left is a J18. It is from the very late 80's or very early 90's. I think I got it in 1991.

This one has the gold letters at the joint.

i have seen them with the plain diamonds as well as the notched diamonds.
