I suggest using the telephone personally, but their number is on that site.

Make sure he knows you have one of his old sticks and want him to work on it...
 
He is very easy to get ahold of i talked to him the other day got back to me very very fast. Got any pics to share of the cue ???

Sorry for late response --- here is thread my buddy started for me --- some decent pics --- I would get better ones up, but it would show the blemishes more! lol
