First off I want to say I am very happy that Shane won the 10-Ball World Championships. He was my second choice, to Danny, to win the event. However, I dont understand why the report on the AZ main page listed the final score between Danny and Shane 10-7 when it was actually 10-3.
Sure it may be wrote off as a "typo". But with the general consensus of the people in the "Pool World" to continuously underrate Danny's level of play and refer to him as a "Spoiler", nothing more. Sure seems like it wouldn't hurt to report the match, of the only loss of the champion of the World 10-Ball Championships, as being closer than it actually was to not put any emphasis on how dominant Danny was in this match. No one would want to accredit Danny with his outstanding performance in this match, that would mean Danny would have to be commended on his performance, and congratulated for being the only player to win against shane.
Thats fine, everyone is entitled to their opinion.
However it did inspire me to point out, the fact still remains the final score of that match was 10-3.
I would also like to take the time to thank Rob Saez, and Monster Jon for matching up with Danny while he was in FLorida. For some reason, these were the only 2 players that wanted to match up with this underskilled, super nobody american player while he was in Florida for a month.
