Can you post some actual pictures of the cue? That might help so that people can get an idea of the condition it's in. "New" and "Like New" can have different meaning to different people, strange as that sounds.

Jazz i think it was sent me a pm saying if i emailed him some pictures of the cue he would post them. so i sent the email about 10 minutes ago but i think he mentioned that he;d be done for the day so maybe they'll be posted tomorrow
