is it the top 3 that advances? if that is the case then does that mean luat will advance with only 2 wins since his winning % is higher than others?

Luat is in. Bad luck for the two finalists in the last IPT. Manalo is out. Earl is out. Sigel and Wu is out. Looks like Sigel was not slauthered after all. He almost made it. It was exciting, you don't know who will be in until the very last game.
