Where is the schedule of events posted?

Also I know they use Diamonds to play on, are Bar Boxes, or 4.5 x 9's, and are they Coin Operated like the BCA 8 Ball thing in Sin City?

4.5 x 9 is the table size. They are diamond smart tables. The tables in the tournament rooms have the coin op system turned off during tournament play. After the days tournament play has ended the coin op is turned back on for the late night action. They action tables are all coin op. I say coin op but as anyone who has played there knows you actually have to buy gold tokens to put in the table.
