My understanding was that Wade shot the first perfect score in the finals of a tournament. I think against Buddy Hall in Atlantic city (Last Call for Nineball?).

That is what I had heard as well.

However, when an article was getting ready to publish last year, an article which had this Wade Crane factoid included in it, Pat Fleming was contacted to verify if, in fact, Wade Crane was the first-ever recorded perfect Accu-Stats score. According to my source, the "inquirer," Pat Fleming stated to them that Wade Crane did not get the first-ever recorded perfect Accu-Stats score.

I also had heard that Wade Crane got two PERFECT scores in a row at one event as well.
