NYC has public transportation. I like traveling.

Its a ride, so I might need some time to get in a sociable mood. Thats why I pushed for a diner meeting. Refueling the car also helps, in case I need maintenance or winter proofing. Diner with auto stop was the preferred plan B.

What games should I practice?

I like the long marathon matches, this way players can showcase a range of shots.

Team USA couldn't make enough nineballs, so there is that. Making all the other balls is important, but the nine is the one that counts.

Race to less than 20, feels like amateur hour for the young pros.

It says tables can be rented for Friday at the DCC, but I will need a few hours to warm up. A 14 hour drive is physically going to hurt.

Stream Details:

No standard competition play.

Stream details will be to perform on non standard shots, 8 or 9 or 10 or 14.1 whatever. 8 ball means more creative shooting. 14.1 means here are a few clips enjoy surgical target shooting.

Shot rotations: First shot can be anything, each shot after that must be a bank, kick, carom, kiss, at least one additional contact before hitting the OB.

The standard shots are CB straight to OB or kick or bank. Everyone has read those table layouts and its boring.

Summary:
Your inning starts with pocketing any shot, but each shot after that requires the CB to contact one rail, or non pocketing OB or go airborne using a bank jump. Incorporate pinball elements, this way new players can get exciting about hitting easier targets. Then they can learn control for the precise ones.

The idea of the game is to make the missing more interesting. In competition play missing is like wow how did you miss? Its not good for amateur games.

If you have a computer we can try to play the real shot vs the simulated shot on the game.
I have been easily beaten on virtual pool platforms.
