Wasn’t able to watch any of the final match...did Shaw go beast mode and just runout packages on LVC? Or did LVC play off and give away opportunities?

Little bit of both. I think I saw Shaw miss one ball by time it was 6-3 or so. He was playing fast and confident. LVC didn't have many opportunities to capitalize on but when he did, he made the most of it. Shaw was just more in-tune with the final match. Both broke dry a few times. Aside from around 3 run-outs from Shaw, I think he was the only one with a BnR, it wasn't the prettiest pool I've watched. I fell asleep watching it but you knew who was gonna win once it was 8-4.
