I hope some of my Az buddies will keep me in mind if they're attending the DCC.
Hercek, flat ivory joint, mid-18 ozs, maple forearm (veneers) and ebony.pts & butt.
Anyway, enjoy the event and try to also make some money & great memories too.

Matt,
You would have to ask Joel, but I'm not sure that cue exist's. I personally haven't seen one that lite. He hasn't really made that many flat faced cues until recently. I have seen plenty of piloted ivory cues in that weight range but not any flat faced ones. Not saying there isn't any, I just haven't seen any. The ones I have are 19 even and up. I hope you find one though buddy, good luck.

Joel pretty much echoed that when he guesstimated how many like that he has probably produced.

If I go another year without success, I'll likely either just give up or relinquish the flat ivory requirement.

I owned a Mottey so I know piloted joints played great; I'd just to try keeping my collection symmetrical.

However, as you can tell, this strategy has exactly worked & in hindsight, I passed up a few great cues.

There's been 3 or 4 Herceks that if any listed again, I just might have to change my criteria and grab it.

Thanks for the reply. I value and trust your opinion about top end cues, especially the cues from Joel.
