If I play in the DCC 9 ball do I get free reign to watch the finals or do I have to pay more? Thanks.

Many enter the bank division....cheapest entry fee, and your players pass is good for
the whole nine days.
...so i would think the nine ball makes you good also.
The only people who have to pay to watch any matches, including finals, are non-players.

You don't get free reign. You do get free entry into the tourney room. VIP seating is still reserved for the VIP patrons who purchased the tickets.

You entry gets you into the two floors of the tournament but not the Accu-Stats Arena at the end of the first floor, where all the big matches are scheduled and recorded. But... there are a few seats up on the second floor balcony that will provide you with a decent view of the goings on downstairs.

Sorry, not sure what you mean, but your entry gets you in the Arena where the finals are, you just can't sit in a VIP seat which has been purchased for the entire tourney. There is a lot of stadium seating in the arena, but it is wise to get there early for the finals to make sure you get a good seat.
