Got an Idea guys....

Im sure EVERYONE on this board has 2-3 used pool items that they wouldn't mind selling. I have a few items and it can be a hassle to go through the motions to take pictures, post, sell, ship an item. What if someone set up a swap meet at tourneys like the DCC. They have a booth and a laptop. You could swing by and give a very quick description of your item and your contact number. You could also browse other people items for sale. This seems like a great way to sell alot of used pool items. It would be quick, (just a phone call to a room). Then you would have buyer, seller, and merchandise all right there. Seems like it would hit alot larger group of people (those who dont get on the internet) and make selling/buying items very easy.

Thoughts?

How about a board for posting items in the AZ/One-Pocket room? All you'd have to do is write your description down on a pice of paper with contact info (name, screen name, room#) and post it on the wall. I actually have a brand new, sealed copy of the Billiard Encyclopedia that I'm taking down there with me in the hopes of selling it. Sounds like a good idea.

Sounds like a great start to me....

Can ANYONE get into that room? or do you have to be an AZ'er?

Im sure there are TONS of non-azers that have stuff to sell and dont have access to the internet/az.
