I just want to say thank you to all the people working at the DCC behind the scenes. There are people working there every year, sitting at the doors checking passes, working the scoring table, and especially the girls working the entry window. There was a couple of guys who were checking passes, that I remember from my first DCC, in 2003. Same with the girls. I remember pretty much the same women working the Entry window. As I was checking on a shirt for a friend of mine back home, I talked with them a bit. I got the feeling they don't get much appreciation from some of the players for all the long hours they put in. They have always been very nice, and extremely helpful with everything they can do. If anyone reads this, and you're still at the Derby, stop by the window, and tell them Thank You for their hard work. They will appreciate it.
