Hello AZ'ers..

I've been a member under another user name but can't remember my PW and so I've just been lurking :) . I don't want to start a "who's a better cuemaker thread." But here's my dilema...I have a Dale Perry (DP1) with 2 shafts and I have an oppurtunity to trade for a Nitti (level 1 according to his site) with one shaft plus cash. I haven't hit with the Nitti but just looked at it really quick beings that I was on the way out from the pool hall. Is this a fair enough trade? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

well the Dale Perry is worth whatever the person you are trading with places on it.. No actual market value due to his flooding the market on Ebay.. I would say if you feel the nitti is worth say $500 and he is asking for your cue and $300 or less you have made a good deal.. Your cue probable has a true value of around $200 to make it simple

Before the replies start coming in, I will warn you that most on
here really like Nitti and do not like DP at all.
I really like the hit of my DP's. Have you tried the Nitti?
How much boot?
The Nitti will definitely be easier to re-sell.

Thanks

Thanks for the replies Joe and Hondo...I'm actually going to try and hit some balls w/ the Nitti this weekend. Do you or anyone know how Nitti's hit (stiff/soft)?

I've heard very stiff but have never tried one.
