I have an AMF table that holds about 5 balls in each pocket. I'd like to replace them with deeper pockets. Does anyone make something that fits this table?

They nail in, so you could remove the ear gussets on the GC4 pockets and nail them in![]()
If you're going to cut the gussets off anyway you might consider the knock off GC4 pockets from Ken at Classic. They're 50 bucks cheaper and pretty nice quality and seem to be built to the same size specs as the GC4 pockets I have on my GC3. Take a look at the thread just below here about GC pocket types and look at the picture I posted of one on an AMF table.

Ken replied and said he does not have anything deeper than what I already have. I suppose I could cut the bottoms off and rivet on some leather pockets to extend the depth? I'd hate to ruin what I have, however. :/
The GC4 drop pockets are going to hold the same amount of balls as they do on a GC, don't matter what table they're installed on, they're bigger around on the inside, so they hold about 12 balls.
I asked ken if he has the GC4 pockets, and his reply:
"I have them,,but take my word they don't hold anywhere near that amount of balls" (meaning 12 balls)
So, not sure what to think. Maybe they are not GC4 pockets? Where can I get the high capacity ones?![]()

They'll work as well, but the frame may need to be trimmed back a little under the slate pocket shelf to make a little more room for the pockets to fit, especially the side pockets.
I just checked mine, they hold 5 easy, 6 if they pack just right. After that they stick up over the table bed.
The GC4 corner pockets comfortably hold 8 balls without any peeking over the slate. That's what I have on my GC3 table and I bought them from Ken about 6 years ago, before he had the nicer knockoffs he has available now. They were genuine GC4 pockets. They are not much deeper but wider which makes the difference in volume. You can shoot ten balls in though if you don't mind seeing the tops of them. I didn't count the balls on the AMF we just assembled in this photo but can ask my son to fill them up and let me know how many they hold. You can see they are both bigger diameter at the catch basin than yours.
Here is the knock offs.
And here are the genuine:
Drop 4 balls into yours like these have laying at the bottom in this photo and you will see the difference.
Not sure which pockets Glen is talking about that will hold 12 balls or where to get them.
