Not at all. Midgets need the work and they eat less so in theory, you should pay them less.
However, it would be considered insensitive not to get him a small stool so he can see over the table in order to rack the balls.
If you give them a pillow and a small blanket, they are perfectly happy riding in the truck of your car.
if you have a walk in closet in your spare bedroom, that is a perfect apartment for your new employee.
If you take them to McDonalds, you can buy them a Happy Meal and steal their toys.
They also make excellent lawn jockeys. Give them a Coleman lantern and place them at the entrance to your driveway.
They'll never steal your car, they can't reach the pedals. Altho, two midgets can steal your car.
They make great elves at Christmas time.
Ya know, lets start up an agency called Hire A Midget. We'll clean up and make a million.
