Delaminated Shaft by the J Petree

The phone call is usually the best bet when trying to clear up any miscommunication.

I am a little perplexed by your statement in bold that someone has been getting your PM's to him and even answering them.

Are you sure you were messaging the correct person? If you had the correct person and it wasn't Petree answering them, then I think I might copy the file and send it to Petree so he may see that someone is answering for him.

I am not trying to start anything, I am just curious about PM's going to the wrong person.

Craig
Craig, yes I'm too perplexed. i found the pms, but It'd probably not be a good idea to stir any more dirt than i already have. We have peacefully resolved the issues at hand!

I have received two pm's in the past that were not for me. so, it seems possible to me..... I never replied or investigated if they were addressed to someone else.

Barry <thinks PM's are a poor communication....

J W Petree, I apologize.

On top of that, he wants to make me another of which I'm willing to pay for.

All is well Thank You JW. Petree.
Your partial quote above says a lot about your character. Congratulations on a mutually satisfying resolution.

I have to wonder if Shotmaker is one of those who breaks like Mike Sigel, bending the shaft to an almost impossible angle. I've seen this type of break crack shafts at the joint, sometimes without even damaging the trim rings. It is especially prone to happen with a laminated shaft. Customers with laminated shafts should be cautioned against this.

i've never dealt with mr petree but i own one of his j/b cues and i love it. breaks great, doesn't jump so well but that's because i have a softer tip on there (my doing). the finish looks great, i wish i had a playing cue to match it

I ordered a j/b cue from JW Petree and customer service was great. I loved the way the cue broke and it played nice too with the hard leather tip. Like mentioned above it jumped ok with that tip. I put on a white diamond tip and now I can get over a full ball from 1 ball width away about 60 % of the time and I haven't been practicing jump shots for very long. I think it jumps better than the stealth AT-1 with standard tip (going to get a white diamond put on that one too soon). I liked it so much a couple months later I put in my order for a playing cue.
