Well, the buzz ring today is outdated too imo.
Really, if you thread the inside of the Delrin like Mike suggested and put glue channel on them, it ain't moving.
The glue channel will secure it from spinning.
The threads will secure it from going down.

I have a Zylr that I've beat to death down there and it has not moved an eyelash.

PLEASE DO NOT USE SUPER GLUE IN GLUING PARTS TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!

I've never trusted super glue for any permenent application. It may work fine if everything is perfect but I never have taken a chance. I use 454 on tip installation and have thin s/g on hand to use as a finish on shafts when the people are in a hurry and don't want to wait for a proper finish.
