I have spoken with John on the phone and he seems to be a great guy, and a great engineer that loves pool.
I bought three things from him:

I purchased some inserts for my Delta-13 Elite back in November from John. They turned out perfect. He built them and had them to me in a week. It definately reduced the sound. Highly recommend!
