Delta-13 rack inserts

Many cheap racks are also lousy racks and cannot freeze all the balls. Have you never seen such a rack?
Just to clarify, it's not only cheap & lousy racks - many excellent wood racks get dented & beat up over time. Also, some cheap racks are great. The default plastic ones that Diamond issues with their tables - are also pretty good. Some cheapo wood ones are also good. Obviously templates work great for 9b, 10b, & 8b and are dirt cheap.

The only place I use this Delta-13 thing, is to get tight racks for playing 1p with a very fussy older guy (excellent player) at a local poolhall where the tables are good but the house racks (and balls) are old, beat up, and mismatched - and nearly impossible to get balls racked tightly. So we got a cheap set of good new balls (Dynasphere Bronze) and a buddy gave me this D-13 rack. We leave the balls and the rack behind the counter at our local place.

If I ever devolve to one of those old fat guys who carries special balls and racks in my truck and into strange places, please beat me senseless and shame me publicly.

Some people don't mind paying for quality. Especially when it has an effect on what they are doing. I've noticed A LOT of people don't rack carefully, and don't pay attention to whether the rack is even accurate enough to to get all the balls touching. If you're one of these, you definitely aren't going to care about how accurately built the rack is, and will be wasting your $$.
