Derby City 2024 seating

Never been and wanting to purchase 2 VIP tickets for the one pocket matches. The web site shows a seating chart and available seats remaining, but I'm confused. The back row seats are $200 while the front row seats are $115. Can someone explain the seating and can you see the table well?

Assuming you want VIP tix and not TV-VIP tix, you want to be on one side of the table rather than at the top of the table as so much of the action in one pocket takes place at the foot end of the table. I'd avoid the front row of the VIP section as you may have a partly obstructed view. Second row, in my opinion, would be perfect.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured out the seating chart and was able to reserve 2 seats for all events at $115.00 each. Really only want to watch the one pocket. My lifelong buddy and I are sure looking forward to attending. We've been friends for almost 80 years and really love playing one pocket. We suck, but still have fun.

I won’t be going this year, but are they still for sale? This is what I get when I pull up the VIP seats. Maybe it’s a mobile browser problem? I tried looking earlier and saw the same. I figured they were sold out.

Good for you. I hope you'll take the trouble to say hi. I think I'm in TV-VIP Seat 16 and I look just like the picture in my AZB avatar.

Yours, Stu

Link here: VIP Seats around the TV TABLEI know this sounds a bit wonky but I guess this goes to show that you need to be on a desktop to buy tickets. I finally got on my home computer and pulled up the page and all the seats showed up.

Granted, I'm not going this year...but it's good info.

Old Sparky,

I have gone every year for the past 8 years I think. I much prefer Row 3 or 4 seats in Section A or C. I think the view is more unobstructed. I just wanted you to know that I believe there is a case to be made for viewing the cheaper seats as preferable to the expensive ones. Just my 0.02

We'll be in sec A row 4 seats 8 and 9 Really happy to hear you like the area we will be seated. I was hoping the view would be good. Thanks Dave.

Got ours last Friday. Had to take a smoking but it’s better than nothing. My wife said it was supposedly the last one but I believe they have others just not at the right price

If you are as travel intense as I am and you are thinking about going but not sure if you’ll get tickets or time off…..

I reserved my room in July for the tournament in January. They offer a 48 hour free cancellation policy as long as you pay a single night for deposit. I figure if you’re on this site, you have an idea if this is worth it. $130 or so to guarantee 10 days of hotel rooms? Worth it.

I reserved my room for the Derby last Wednesday 11/8. For those that had a problem booking, there were a couple of issues with Caesar's online system. Try calling the toll-free number and you may have more success. Then again, maybe they really are sold out.

Those rooms go fast. See you there Stu!
