I was just thinking about all of the funny things I saw and heard at the derby this year. Here are a few random ones: Easy-e was keeping score in one of the Shane vs Alex sets on a dry erase board we had. I look down and see that the dry erase marker is not erasing...and that there is a normal Sharpy laying right next to the dry erase marker. I say "What the hell..?" easy-e: "What..the sharpy...no possible way I could pick that up." I start cracking up and say " I guess attention to detail doesn't matter much in your real job" (Dude is on a bomb squad.) easy-e: "Hey..if I ever f#$k up, I'll never know it." :D Overheard some random action room guy lay this pearl on Tater : "Remember Tater...it's only an air barrel if you lose." Then there was this exchange between Chohan and Scooter with Nasty acting as the relay station. Tony and Chad are in the booth before a set was going to go off and Scooter was trying to get Tony to bet....but he had to run everything thru Chad because Tony couldn't hear him in the box. Scooter: "Ask Tony if he wants to bet $1000" Chad: "Tony, Scooter wants to know if you want to bet a $1000" Tony: "I am all in already on this set" Chad: "Tony says no" Scooter:" Ask him if he wants to bet a $500" Chad: "Scooters wants to know if you wanna bet $500." Tony: "Tell him I will air him for a $1000." Chad: "Tony says he will air you for a $1000" Chad to Tony: "Scooter says he's good." I swear I heard him saying "My precioussss..." Just a few of the hilarious things I saw at the Derby...ohh and I love this pic. Nothing funny...just pool chics....I love me some pool chics.
