All -

I will be there. I am planning on bringing a cooler with lunch meat, chips, and beer and cokes. I found I get tired of running out to get something to eat. The resturant is a little expensive at the hotel. The room will be used at various times as I just nap for a few hours then get back to watch action and matches.

I hope to see as many of you guys at possible. When I get a room I will post if that is acceptable.

Regards
ken

I'll be there for the last two days as well. Cannot get off work more than the last Friday of the tourney. Hoping to meet some folks as well. Wally, I will try to look you up, I will just be a lowly spectator because I cannot be there on the Wed of the 9-ball. I still love to sweat the action.

I'll be there for the whole thing. Paid my entry's to all 3 main events last week. Looking forward to meeting a few people from the board. Sam

Hey Satman,

Whats the entry fee per event? Please let me know.

Thanks..

Be there on the weekend 14th through 17th for the first couple of rounds of the onepocket and banks division. Does anyone know if playing in one of the nightly tournaments also entitles you for free tickets?

this will give you all info nineball

The entry for banks is $75 plus a $50 buyback option
One pocket is $100 w/ $75 buyback option
9ball is $125 plus $100 buyback option

I always take lunchmeat, peanut butter, instant oatmeal, chips, cookies and a slew of other goodies. A small smorgasboard in my room. I go with the intention of making a profit and not to spend $1000 just for food for the week. I generally don't eat much during the day while I'm in a tournament, but like to have a variety to choose from at night before I go to bed. Hope to see lot's of AZ people pounding the competition. Sam

I'll be there the 19th through the 22nd. I'll be donating in the 9-Ball event.
You can't win unless you play!

Todd.

Todd, If I don't see you at Sharks n' Shooters I will catch you at the DCC. I'll be arriving sometime on the 18th to catch some of the late night action. We will have to get together and play some. Have you added any new cues to that collection of yours? If you are looking to move any definetly bring some. I know atleast one or 50 people who would be interested :D

I just called to reserve my room for the 19th-22nd and the gentleman said there were 70+ rooms available. If anyone wants to get a front row napping pad I would suggest getting on the horn and making your reservations because the 70+ rooms will fill up soon. I can't wait!!! I'll see y'all there.

I’ll be there from 15 – 18. I’ll be wearing a misleading ID badge that says “Player”

Since you are in the Anchorage AK area, have you ever heard of Sugartree Cues?

That's a new one to me, Thomas Wayne and Mike Bender are Alaskan cue makers. There have been a few other guys over the years that have brought cues they made into tournaments to show off their work but I have not heard of any of them going into production.

Well I'll just consider myself one of the lucky ones who found his cues before they are well known for their playability.
If I see you at the Derby maybe you can hit a few balls with it and tell me what you think.
