Bill, they are fixing us individually. Mine works now, but they may need your PPV user name to reset you. Or if you want to type it here, I can give it to them. edit:: just your user name, not your password

i had same issue after paying with paypal
paypal said payment complete accustat sais payment/access pending emailed jim got a quick responce asking for my username
waiting for a reply now
