There's a link somewhere that steers you to paying $1.00 for a trial thing but then they have your credit card and it's one of those, "if you don't cancel we'll charge you" kind of streaming things. Plus it doesn't say ANYWHERE how much they'll charge you or how to cancel to NOT be charged.

As a sidebar.....I've know Pat for aaaaaaaaaaaaages and he's one of the most stand-up guys you'll EVER meet.
But what does that have to do with anything?
No besides Accu-Stats there is nothing else besides PoolActionTV's upstairs Action Room. Anything else you will see is from someone's phone. That "link" you are talking about, if you actually get anything after giving all your info for them to steam or load spyware, is just a pirated re-stream of the Accu-Stats 1 table derby feed. But you already knew that link was pirated.
No. I didn't know it was pirated. It looked like a legit stream to me from it's facebook page. I googled live stream of the tournament and that's what came up. Clicking anything in there lead to that "give us your credit card for access" kind of thing. As for my comment about Pat, I thought I caught a something of a bad vibe toward Pat and Accu-Stats.
Anybody know a fix to see all completed matches? When I login to accu-stats under completed matches I only see 3 total. I have logged out/in, cleared cache, and tried different computer. Thank You

I almost paid the subscription but everything I read says I'm glad I didn't as it seems everyone is having issues.
No ideal how many people did or the how much money there making and I wonder if in the end it'd be better to provide it for free but make money off commercials. You'll get alot more watchers that way.
I've been watching Carlo biado on YouTube who has 37,000 subscribers watching for free. He has commercials in his stream so I'm sure he's making something. He plays well, nearly just beat Sky Woodward

I guess it is in the eye of the beholder. How many are really having (real) issues?
They are providing multiple links for different throughputs on the stream quality, although it is stupid they are posting those in the chat rather than right there on the website. Yesterday right when I logged in in the first rack of the first match at like 1:15 the stream was choking, I immediately switched to the HD link and the stream was flawless the entire rest of the day (although I only watched a few minutes of the last match). So not having issues here.
On Friday I had issues when I first pulled it up but for some reason my Chrome.exe was blowing up and had two tabs going at over 2GB RAM each. I recycled and it was flawless the rest of the day (on the main URL link). Like 10 hours of perfect video. So not having issues there.
Too many people bitching about not being able to view on phones, on Chromecast, on this and that. One clown bitching because his wife bought the stream on her account and he thought he should be able to pull it up under his separate account on another device. WTF.
If you are a first time viewer of the stream make sure in your browser settings you have hardware acceleration turned off. That should be off in all your browsers. Also clear your cache (it does help). Having bought the stream for years, this is better than in many previous years.
They probably haven't loaded them up for viewing. The best way to get an answer is to go into that site's chat window and those guys will answer you directly, quickly.
Not to mention if there were more legitimate issues you would see far more people coming into this thread saying is "the stream down" or "what is going on" or "it is buffering constantly". Reading back through this whole thread there is only one complaint, TNJoe. I saw him in the chat too and he was instructed to use the other links. Did those help like they help others? Who knows, and who knows what the real issue was. I don't see many issue in the main forum threads either.
OF COURSE, I don't think there are many on this board that paid for the stream anyways so that could be why less comments too
Do they list a daily stream match schedule ANYWHERE???????? You'd think after 20+yrs these issues would have been long gone. Guess not. I used to like the DCC format but i now think it needs to go to a conventional single/double/hybrid-elimination format. They also should stream more than one table.
I had problems and disappointment at first. But after following the CHAT instructions and a 3 minute call to Zac, all is well. But lets see what today brings. BTW, the commentary is great.
So was it anything on your own 'puter or setup? Cache, hardware acceleration, wifi? Or just switched to one of the better links?
I only see it for the Bigfoot, right on the brackets, which would cover Friday through today. Presumably, and maybe a big assumption
, is that starting tomorrow they will post on Facebook (accut-stats or derby page) the tentative schedule for the day which will have times for Banks semi and finals mixed in with as many 1P matches as they can squeeze. Basically the same every year although they appear to have stopped posting it on the accu-stats website itself which is stupid.One table streaming is real weak and a disservice to all the other matches going on.
I agree 100%. I'd love to support the event and buy the stream, but when they won't even show the only events I care about (banks and one pocket) until the finals or semi's, then I just can't support it. I'll wait for the finals and probably buy a day-pass.
There's a 9 ball and 10 ball tournament to watch every weekend, so forgive me if I'm not that excited about those events. The derby is known for the banks and one-pocket, and I have to watch someone's iphone stream on facebook in order to see any of it. Disappointing.
Cache cleared, hardware acceleration turned off, restart, and switched to one of the better links...I am almost 80 and challenged technically but by just following the CHAT suggestions to my questions and confirming the better link...presto.
I agree with your thoughts BUT BUT BUT... If you have not seen Shaw and Filler fire in shots on the Big Foot table you would be in for a surprise. That is worth the price of the whole week. Trust me.
