Sold and traded 4 cues at Derby. Acquired 3
nice steel joint players. Searing, Mottey, and
an early Josswest. Played with steel joint cues
for years and loved them, been a wood to wood
guy for the last 11 years, but now it's time to go
back to the future...haha
Had a blast at Derby the last 5 days, only slept a
few hours each morning and drank enough vodka
for the market price to sky rocket due to supply and
demand...lol
Get there if you haven't been, great time to be had and
I'm not talkin' about just cues. Met many a fellow AZer,
gambled (no casino for me, thanks, not my cup of tea at
this event), watched players match up, etc. To many
things to mention.......but, oh yeah, I drew Shane Van
Boening in the 2nd round of the 9 ball event. That was
awesome, love playing the greatest players.
Rambled on enough, sorry. Here's the cues that I'm
very pleased with. The Searing is in the best condition,
but I love the battle scars on the Mottey and JW. I'll play
with them and not worry one bit about a new ding or
bruise.
Thanks so much for looking, Jerry
