Deroo Extension Installation

Hello. I was wondering if anyone here has experience installing the Deroo extension? More specifically, I am looking for someone that knows how to do the installation by machining off the delrin washer for a wood to wood finish. I have the extension already and have put a few pictures below for reference. Please send me a PM if you are interested. Thanks for your time.

I have not done the Deroo but it looks like an exact copy of the original that was invented by Bill Philips in Kitchener, Ontario. I have installed about 100 of Bills. Email me and I can probably help you.

I wouldn't mind some help too,
The one I tried did not work out in my favour as I leaked epoxy through the washer and glued the butt plate to the back of the handle along the face.
It was a nice burl and it split apart when I undid it the first time after installing (
I recently ordered a few more and could use the help
