Developing rhythm

Well I have discovered that for me when I try to change my natural pace, I lose my stroke when I focus too much. When I try to play micro-pool, I can't shoot.

What I mean by micro-pool is do everything to perfection and land on a dime while going exactly along the planned line of position. I found out that when I'm confident I kinda shoot like Earl (not skillwise unfortunately:D but rather pace of shooting) so for me to shoot well the only time where I can focus on everything is when I'm standing up. When we are bent down for a shot, now is not the time to question things and we should just go with what is natural and develop a nice rhythm regardless of your pace since everybody is different and not try to overanalyze everything.....

I'm thinking when I'm standing....and I'm shooting for the crown when I'm bent down.

Mosconi's rhythm
Seems some of the posts confuse time between shots and rhythm. Some shots take more time to plan. Mosconi told and showed me that rhythm is the amount of time between planning and final stroke. In other words, good rhythm is taking approximately the same time for each shot once you're in the shooting position. If you find yourself taking to much time in the SP, you weren't ready to take the SP. I go into detail about this in other posts.
