What are the diamond ball cleaner sprocket made of.
Two layers of 3/4" plywood. Not sure what’s inside… very light weight. If nobody answers contact RKC. Just my .02 any good wood should work including stacked pressboard
Link? There's a really nice 3-D printed version out there with replaceable inserts for the fabric. Looks great in the pictures.

Adjust Scale for your carpet thickness and bucket size. For my thin carpet and Lowes bucket 91% scale was prefect.www.thingiverse.com

That won't fit the Diamond polisher. It's made to fit a 5 gallon bucket which has a larger diameter vs the opening of a Diamond polisher.Exactly, thanks for finding it
That's the nice thing about 3d printing, it could very easily be modified before printing to fit. That won't fit the Diamond polisher. It's made to fit a 5 gallon bucket which has a larger diameter vs the opening of a Diamond polisher.

A buddy at work did mine. I forget the place, but if you google 3D printing services or 3D printing near me there's several sites to choose from. There's no way it would be that much, probably like $30 at the most. Just upload the files to different sites and choose one. I used one of these before but honestly it was probably 7 years ago, I forget which one it was.Any recommendations on where to get it printed?? Xometry wants $400......
