Diamond Customer Service

Maybe it’s just me, but I am puzzled why anyone would still buy a table with no ball return. To me any added expense would be insignificant compared to the constantly annoying hassle of emptying pockets over a lifetime.
Haven’t played on any of the newer examples, but I WAS initially a bit disconcerted by the loud report of a pocketed ball dropping on Greg’s first ball return prototype mechanisms, though over time I have found the sound to be rather reassuring (like the sharp ‘pop’ when you win at pinball).

And those of us with a sore back, we don't have to keep bending over all the time to get the balls out of the collection spot. That would be a lot of bending over during a day.

I prefer a drop pocket table because I regularly do several practice drills and it is much easier to reset the balls to repeat the drills with drop pockets rather than having to gather the balls from the ball return.

Wouldnt it be a good idea if Diamond (or anyone else) came up with patented drop in pockets for tables with the ball return system?

Someone can do this and make some $$$$$$
