Diamond Home Table?

I'm looking at purchasing a Diamond Home Table and was curious how the quality compares to the infamous Bar Box's! It's an 8 ft table, solid Oak with Claw feet. Seller is asking $1000. I'm sure I can get it a little cheaper. Any input appreciated.

Very well built tables, and I've never seen one priced so low.
