diamond overlay for intermediate rail targets

I was watching 2023 Amateur Poolplayer Association 8-Ball Classic on BilliardTV and there was a tutorial video that was being played on a black gabriel table and it looks like the table has a plastic film overlay applied to the rails that goes across the diamonds and indicates the intermediate diamonds between the actual table manufacturer's diamonds. I am interested in finding these overlays. Would anyone happen to know who makes them? Please see attached image.

I believe you can get them at Seyberts. Kamui Diamond Slicers They are great, for all your banking needs

That's from Shari Arizona youtube channel. I do believe they are the Kamui product as mentioned above.

Here is a PDF file that will let you print your own at home in case you want to see how the ruler works before buying...

It's for a nine foot table but you can select a scale option when you print for a smaller table. You need to glue two halves together so it can fit on regular printer paper. It looks like this:
