Diamond types

i did a search but it didnt help
im sure ive read lately that diamond is making a table that plays more like a gold crown (ie the rails)
the plate is a different color
thats how you can tell the difference
could someone tell me if the above is true and which color plate for which table

Thats true for the most part. The new tables with the new rail design are blue, but there are some that are of the old rails (red name badge) that have been modified and play the same as well.
