I have played with one cue he built for Chris Bartrum, its a great cue, the fit/finish is top notch. No sloppy anything, when you screw the shaft on itit seats nicely as I remember, It was a long time ago I saw the cue-Chris still plays with it, I just remember I was impressed with the joint and the extendeer that screws into the butt and adds ??8"(perhaps thats what seated in very nicely when I was going over the cue. Dick is a good man to do biz with, I believe I spoke to him several years ago about the same time Chris showed me his cue. I would reccomend with without hesitation Dick to anyone looking for a awesome custome cue that dosent cost a mint, you will get what you pay for and more. There arnt many on the secondary market-which speaks for itself. Players keep them cause they like them. And no don't own one, I have enough cues-call him up and talk to him Dicks a real nice guy, and capable of doing fancy work or making a player cue.
