Did I delete a post?

I would fully expect that if NO ONE ever gave you ANY instruction, tips, methods, or different ways that might be better than others...and if you don't like reading about different ideas to improve...you miss quite often.

Center to edge player misses also...if he's adept at using it, probably a hell of a lot less than you. That's why even HE needs to know OTHER ways that might be beneficial. And there are.

I'm still looking to see something in writing from you how on your method is transferable to someone else to give IMMEDIATE improvement. Let's see that be your next post or are you gonna moonwalk around it some more?

I've explained before my limited teaching experiences.
I'll not type all that again.
But basically I said put the cue ball here.
Yes, I saw immediate improvement in her pocketing ability.

I have answered all of your questions, despite the smoke and mirrors you have been attempting to set up.

It's not only your teaching experience that's limited.

Sharing ideas around here and then COMMUNICATING them to another in a transferable fashion is what this forum is all about. You're not doing a damn good job. There are no smoke and mirrors. YOU AREN'T ABLE TO EXPLAIN IT...plain and simple! You have NO WAY of communicating it that makes any sense. NONE... Maybe you didn't have enough time....TRY AGAIN.

She must be a world beater by now, huh? BTW, how is your one and only one student that you've ever worked with doing at this stage of her playing days? Are you EVER going to teach her more that could possibly be somewhat more advanced that could take her to even greater heights? If so, what will it be?

Oh...that's right, I forgot. She said.....BYE-BYE!

Ok now, I found it.

That's at least two world class players you completely disregard, DM.

I guess you forgot to read his last post where his eyes are going back and forth from the CB to the OB....what do you think he was LOOKING at.
I didn't say, "What do you think he was FEELING". What do you think he was LOOKING at and SEEING when his eyes were going back and forth.
(Geez....if you're going to present evidence on your behalf, I don't think you should make it soooo easy for me) LMFAO

How many world beaters have you coached?
How many golfers have won at Augusta because of you?
How many pool players have ridden your back to 1st at the US open?
Where are they?
But yet, you profess to be in posession of the key.

I'm not going to post things of such length more than once. I explained it. You read it.
Is your brain getting that fuzzy, geezer?

You have once again crawfished and said nothing other than try to attack my credibility. YOU HAVEN'T EXPLAINED A DAMN THING. What..."here's the CB...here's the OB...Now hit the OB with the CB". LMFAO For 3-4 threads, you have said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about instructing someone on a total feel method. NOTHING JOE, NOTHING.

I will remind you one more time why...you are A ZERO, A NOBODY, A ZIP, A NADA, A NON-BLIP ON THE RADAR SCREEN, A 2-SPORT FRIGGIN' HACK, A BOARD BOIL, A LOUD MOUTH POS, A BROKE, A WART ON A SKUNKS ASS, A PUNK THAT HASN'T DONE JACK SHIT WITH HIS LIFE, A TOTAL IDIOT

However, I will rescind all of that if you can start writing on how you teach someone to play entirely on feel and nothing else. I REALLY want to know. I may be missing out on something.

I'd also like to hear about the progress of your female student and what she's done in her pool life.

Why don't you 2 meet someone inbetween one another and have a pool match? You could charge admission, tape it, and sell it to all of us interested AZers. The looser would have to leave AZBilliards for a full year, and when the looser came back he would have to address the winner 'Lord' so and so on all posts, till the end of time.

You guys need to settle this once and for all. Let the game begin.

I've never seen either of them play but I would gladly put a grand on ole DM.
I'm sure it won't happen but if it did, I might have to make a trip to GA to watch it.

You and Drivermaker are just like the two aliens on Star Trek years ago who could never stop arguing, ever. You know, one guy's whole left side was black and his right side was white, and the other guy's whole right side was black and his left side was white.

I've offered this goofball a match. He high-rolled me, knowing that not many people on this board will play $1000 sets. He knew I'd refuse. I don't bet money I can't afford to lose. I offered him a "kiss-my-ass" match with the terms you outlined. He refused. It's probably just as well, as I might have ended up punching him in the mouth.
If he really wants a high $ game, I'm sure he could get one this weekend in Chattanooga. No doubt a few players would take his money and never have to use a special "system".

Your credentials?

ROTFLMFAO...another typical BazookaJoe crawfish, moonwalk, weasel job.
Still waiting on some info of the basis of your thread, loser. Teach all of us what you know.LOL

No, actually you didn't. I've been asking your lying ass since you came to this board. Are they all in Hawaii?

You fucking moron...I was jerking somebody's ass around. The guys you're referring to is Wayne and lasttwo. We've PM'd each other...we post with each other on the forum, and they know EXACTLY where I live and about my pro golf career. I NEVER said I lived in Savannah, NEVER. YOU made that up I don't need to show you shit, only people that have something going for them and are worth having as friends. And the reason why YOU don't get it is because you're A ZERO, A NOBODY, A ZIP, A NADA, A NON-BLIP ON THE RADAR SCREEN, A 2-SPORT FRIGGIN' HACK, A BOARD BOIL, A LOUD MOUTH POS, A BROKE, A WART ON A SKUNKS ASS, A PUNK THAT HASN'T DONE JACK SHIT WITH HIS LIFE, A TOTAL IDIOT.

You've also had enough time in the limelight, I'm outta here. Talk to yourself and say what you want. You obviously have nothing to discuss on the subject of feel in pool....which is YOUR thread.

The ole DM side step.
"I don't have to tell you nothing"

Well, who the hell are YOU to ask me such questions.
Does anyone else see through this guys bullshit?

I'm not the one trying to feed anyone a magic pill.
I'm not the one trying to convince you that I'm anything but a pretty good player.
I'll never state anything but that when it comes to how good I am.
But, as PRO players have said. You get a feel of where to hit the ball after hours and hours of hitting balls.
I won't spend a lot of time telling myself to line up this part of the ball with that part of the ball, and I will pocket balls.
Take advice from Mark Tadd (a real pool player). Don't take to heart just anyone's advice. Excellence in this game comes through a whole lotta practice. I'll listen to those who have been there done that long before I'll go to the guy who promises glory through something soooo simple that it could turn anyone into a champ.
Why do the pros make it look so easy?
Because it is. NOW. After they've practiced soo much they just KNOW it's going to be right. They feel it.

I'll step in here and say that I have seen some of DMs credentials including some of the golfers he has helped. He is for real Joe, but a bit concerned about the lunatics who haunt the Internet (this is a general comment, not a suggestion that you are a lunatic) ... I don't blame him.

When Keith rises and shines this fine Thursday morning, I will ask him to post a response to this thread relating to "feel." :)

When you first wake up and start hitting balls, sometimes your timing could be a little bit off. So what it revolves around is adjusting your feels and getting your grips correct for every shot -- your top rights, your middle rights, your low rights, your inside lefts, your cue-tip lefts, et cetera.

I usually try to work with the hand that I hold the cue stick with, trying to get the perfect balance and technique for each shot. I also try to be loose as a goose and comfortable. If you're uptight, it is hard to execute certain shots.

As far as aiming goes, my eye contact goes from the cue-ball to the object ball back to the cue-ball, and then I let her go. On closer shots, there are some situations where I look at the object ball last and go with the correct stroke.

If I could see a player stroke the ball, then I could help him or her a lot better. It would be easier to see what they may be doing wrong. "Feel" is an individual preference as well as stance.

That's fine Dave.
But I will not bow down on a pool forum to someone who began personally attacking me long ago.
I am one person with one opinion who sincerely believes that building up a "system" to be the best way to do something is incorrect. Especially when the pusher dismisses another persons opinion without justification.
There are many many ways to teach a person to pocket balls. The ultimate goal is to make sure the cue ball winds up in the one place that'll make the ball go in the hole. If one way to show this doesn't work try another. It's all breaks down to perception. I don't see the shot in the same manner that he sees the shot, and he lashes out to say I'm wrong. We'll I'm not wrong, I just don't use a system. Is there an imaginary line between the two balls? Sure there is. But I don't see a line. I see the end point. That's all. We've beaten this to death, I know.
Just for the record, I never said his way didn't work. I just said I, and many others, didn't do it that way.
Get all the books and videos you want. Ultimately, this game is learned AT THE TABLE.
