I don’t remember who it was, but I thought someone designed a custom chalk holder with the AzB logo a few years ago. Does anyone remember who that was? My better half is petitioning Santa for a 3D printer.
If you need any CAD help let me know.I don’t remember who it was, but I thought someone designed a custom chalk holder with the AzB logo a few years ago. Does anyone remember who that was? My better half is petitioning Santa for a 3D printer.
That looks great. Is that 3D print or photoshop?

Here is the first try at a pool cue holder I designed and printed. I tried to print in the toxic green filament with our team logo engraved. I packed the logo with modeling clay and then used 4-5 coats of plasti-dip to protect shafts and help it stay on the table...upon further review, I should have just plasti dipped the whole thing and not worried about making it 2 colors. Doesnt look as clean as I want...I don’t remember who it was, but I thought someone designed a custom chalk holder with the AzB logo a few years ago. Does anyone remember who that was? What do the higher priced models do that the entry levels do not?
I think she is getting bored waiting for Christmas, as she is now researching Raspberry Pi and what kind of projects she can build with that.Ender 3 is a good printer and will do everything you need. Some of the more expensive printers can run multiple filaments, print faster, print more materials, etc. Check out octopi for controlling your printer remotely via a web interface:
I'm not sure, as these are the four printers my school system bought me, and the only 3d printers I have used. I can print multiple filaments, my print heads have dual fans, a hepa filter, etc. I can preheat and postheat my print platforms to a specific temp, auto leveling,, and have 4 different print quality settingsdepending on how fast I want to print. I don't know if these features are standard or not.Damn, that is an expensive setup there. What do the higher priced models do that the entry levels do not?
Jokrs, do you have a 3d printer? I have something I'd like made, and the person I asked to make it says he keeps getting errors. It's not super complex.I use autodesk inventor for cad with a tier time upbox+ as my printer
I have designed and printed cue holders, chalk holders, bridges, a 3 ball rack, etc. The possibilities are endless....have fun!
I have a 3d printing lab in my shop with four 3d printers. I am happy to take a look at what you gotJokrs, do you have a 3d printer? I have something I'd like made, and the person I asked to make it says he keeps getting errors. It's not super complex.
That might have been it. I am definitely interested in the files needed to print it.If this is what you are thinking of then yes I believe someone did. I will have to look to see if I still have those files.
