Difference between zan and zan+

Hi guys. Could anyone tell me what is the different between the 2 version? Is it just a repackaging or is there indeed a difference?

On the Mezz website prices start at $22.00 for Zan Plus tips while Zan Premium Soft and Zan Hybrid Max is an additional $6.

Zan + are the regular Zan tips, they come in Soft, Medium and Hard.
Zan Premium only comes in Soft.
