Differences between A, B, and C players?

Jude, I agree with your analysis. This is a pretty accurate description and could even apply across geographies (which is sometimes hard to do because what is an A on the west coast isn't often viewed as what an A is on the east coast). Nicely put.

Yeah, the Westcoast guide is as follows:

D - Tom Cruise
C - Paul Neuman
B - Jackie Gleason
A - Jerry Orbach

Please note: Acting AND pool skills were combined for these ratings. Obviously, Mars Callahan is in a class by himself.

I was thinking you ment something like that. I kinda was thinking the term "moxy" or "an aura of arrogance".

I wouldn't say "arrogant". That's derogatory and suggests their confidence is unfounded. I'm more implying those that show confidence and for good reason.

Teacher: Dice, what's the difference between two eggs and three eggs?
Dice: That's what I say, Teach! What's the f-in' difference?

I wasnt using the term arrogant as deragatory. Almost like cocky/swagger.... :)
