Different light style I saw in Greece

Nice share.
All pool tables, or other cuesports featured there too?
All 9' pool tables, and 5 or 6 ping pong tables. The place was full every night for few hours (weeknights). They served soft drinks, alcohol, and small pastries. Not cooked meals, however.

After closing time, I'd walk back to the hotel and eat souvlaki at a place a couple minutes away. Even at 2am the streets were loaded with people. It was fun.

It was 99% bangers like every other room in the world. The players did not gamble, it was not in their pool culture. (Funny, EVERY Greek I know in the USA is a degenerate). The owner called all the serious players for me so I'd have good players to play against while I was there for the week. They were very competitive, kept score on electronic scoreboards, and were up to date on all the MR rules and new MR tournaments, etc.

We have a yearly GreekFest put on by the Greek Orthodox church. Man do they lay out the chow. I love Greek homecooking. https://tulsagreekfestival.com/
They have one here in Halifax in June every year. I'll try and go next year. I try and cook Greek meals quite often. Not as good as what my mother made but damn close. I made a meal one day and she asked where I learned to make it lol
