It has been 5 years since we first introduced GoPlayPool to the world. Since then, we've done a lot to improve what we offer!

If you haven't had a chance to look at our new system, please do.
You can search for locations, find out about table sizes and brands, tournament/league availability, age limitations, amenities, food and alcohol info, entertainment, details about other games and much more!

The search engine helps you filter through locations depending on what you're looking for.

Yes, there will be missing information and incomplete profiles and we are hoping with the help of the public, the business owners and management, we can keep the platform updated and current. We're constantly working to ensure it's as updated as possible.

Very minimal advertising, no pop ups and no "forced" logins allows users to cruise through the system as they please. They also include our high traffic "flyers" section and "GoPlayPool 101"!

GoPlayPool platforms are 100% free to use!

In the works: GPS functionality and zip code search as well as coupons/discounts sections and much more...

Thanks Ched. Still way more stuff we are looking at that you can't see. It is coming.
Database work is pretty difficult (well time consuming work) We do it all ourselves. That is why the platform is free and advertisements are limited and room memberships are inexpensive.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Apple has certain restrictions we have to follow.
Based on their design specifications permissions we were forced to put the "page controls" at the bottom of the page.
We also would like it on top of the page.
Hopefully, as we grow, our permission with Apple become a bit more flexible and we then can change the design.
We appreciate the input.

Love the idea of zip code based parameters, with filters for 10 mi, 50 mi, 100 mi plus [or whichever increments you choose].

Like many have said, thanks for what you do. New app looks good. I used to flip to the drills page all the time when the bars were dead and I was bored. Keep up the great work!

Love the idea of zip code based parameters, with filters for 10 mi, 50 mi, 100 mi plus [or whichever increments you choose].

Funny enough, we are working on that right now. Permissions from Apple and Android (well, Android is automatic, still have to get it though) are the ones, that will probably won't let us get to design stage till next week. Sandbox is being done tomorrow.
And then submission for Apple's blessings! :grin:

We will probably make another post at that time.

Possible to add more filters so we can narrow things down to say "30 mile radius with 9 foot tables and tournaments"? Also would be nice to be able to add information for the tournaments aside from just yes or no, like what day and time they are, entry fees, etc..

The filters are coming.
The tournament information to be added falls under room ownership and membership platform. The owners/management need to be members to get access to the "About" section and more options to add extra info.
Can't do it all for free my friend! :grin::grin::grin::grin:
