Discolored Pool Balls

I have a set of Brunswick Centennial Pool Balls that have never been used, but have been sitting in the box so long they have discolored. Does anyone know how to brighten them up without damaging the balls?

I recently had the same question and asked Brunswick about the yellowing of the balls. They told me that is a natural occorence with phenolic resin balls and the discoloring can not be changed. If someone has a cure for the yellowing.......I am all ears and eyes

I don't think you can do anything about it.

I have seen other plastic materials that darken when they are kept in the dark, but after a time will return to their original brightness when exposed to sunlight. Try that.
